Hotel Belvedere Resort&Spa - Zakopane

I had an amazing time at this charming hotel! The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety that kept everyone happy, especially my kids. The pool was a huge hit—they didn’t want to leave! I also loved the cozy room with tea-making facilities that added a nice touch of comfort. The only thing that surprised me was the absence of air conditioning, which I expected based on the photos, but overall, I would definitely choose this place again!

As for me, the location was absolutely perfect, just off the Wielka Krokiew, centre and excellent restaurant with a varied menu. The staff were skilled and excellent people. Choose standard double room with big windows.

This place suits me perfectly! It offers free Wi-Fi, an indoor swimming pool, and a great bar. I still remember how the staff helped with a local taxi number during my first stay. Highly recommend it for a relaxing break!

Spa is very nice

The bed was very small, as it, not very long and very narrow. We had a kid bed in the room, though we do not have kids, so would have much rather had a bigger bed to use the space. There was a big party in the hotel, and the people were very lound, coming back drunk and partying in their room, we had to call reception at 3am to tell them to come and shut them up

General ambiance and the facilities offered (spa, swimming pool, outside area) are great.

May be the restaurant and bar working hours could be a bit longer.

The hotel is a short, scenic walk from Krupowki Street, making it perfect for exploring the local shops and restaurants, and the nearby Tatra Museum is a must-see for any art lover.

The rooms offered are wonderful and huge with stunning views of the mountains and an excellent shower plus touch with the Belevedere. The staff are pleasant and the location is good away from the mountains.

Breakfast selection is a feast for the senses-so many options, you could come back every day and never have the same meal! The indoor pool was a hit with my kids, and the restaurant on-site catered well to various dietary needs.

Wifi signal was shaky! And the bar area could use a bit more spark.

The restaurant personnel's understanding of English was quite poor, and the service mediocre, at best. Better go out for eating.

The door card frequently got disabled, causing repeated trips to the reception for replacements.
